Prause Forced to Settle Two of Three Lawsuits Against Her for Defamation

Big news in the ongoing battle for justice with Nicole Prause! Settlements have been reached in two of the three defamation lawsuits filed against her.

In light of this new development, it appears that the NoFap fund-raiser that I and so many others supported has served its purpose beautifully. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone for the kind encouragement to hang in there with all of this stress, and especially to all who donated to Defend NoFap. The total funds raised exceeded $150,000, although the total legal fees incurred were higher. Happily, the case had a positive ending for NoFap, and the organization is still alive and thriving. We did it!

As is customary, the settlement terms were not disclosed.

Still, this remains a victory over those who attempt to discredit everyone who seeks freedom from compulsive porn use.

Kudos to NoFap and its founder Alexander Rhodes, and Donald Hilton, MD for standing up to bullies at great legal, mental, and emotional expense. Porn industry associates may keep publishing lies and mischaracterizing the settlement, but the scales of justice are not fooled and demand reparations in the form of settlement terms.

The third defamation lawsuit against Prause, which was filed by attorney Aaron Minc, has not settled. The trial date is set, so more legal consequences may be on the way for Prause and the colleague who joined in her defamation of Minc.
